I don’t have any UFOs.
“Yea… ok. Right” your saying. But I really don’t. I only have WISPs or WIVSPs.
So - what are my oldest Works in VERY Slow Progress you ask? I actually have two that were started about the same time - and I don’t know which is the oldest.
First one up is my Triple Irish Chain:
This was all done by cutting individual squares for the chains. I did not really know about strip piecing then. The top is complete, the backing just needs to be pieced so I can sandwich it and quilt it.
The second one is my Snowball Star:
This one was started for my husband’s oldest brother and his wife’s wedding. That was in 2001. It is going to be king sized. Quite ambitious for a new quilter. I still have two more rows of blocks to complete, the back to purchase, and then quilt it.
