Quilty Mail Day

Monday was a wonderful quilty mail day!

First up, I got my Thousands of Bolts order. 1-yard cuts of the following fabrics:

fabric

I also received my order of new microtek sewing needles - 5 packages of 5 for $15 on eBay.

And I received this:

July.Aug2008

The new issue of Quilter’s Home. WOOOT!!! I am still savoring it… enjoying it… slowly. Especially since it will be two months until I get a new installment.  It actually came in my mailbox… early even!

This month, I didn’t have to buy it in the store, I didn’t have to call because I never received it a almost a month after it hit the stands only to finally receive my “subscription” issue a week after I called. I didn’t get four of one issue like last issue (my husband bought me a second one from the newsstand because he didn’t remember seeing it. It normally takes forever for subscriptions to get here to Hawaii, I wonder if they got tired of us Hawaiians complaining about the wait for our Mark fix!

  1. OOOO ahhh pretty fabric!

I’m SOOOO happy they finally did subscriptions! The first year without it was a pain to find the magazine!

  2. Toni, thank you. I am glad they did subscriptions too; but I was having serious problems with mine up until this month.

  3. [...] OOPS!  Someone who obviously had trouble with their subscription!  Quilty Mail Day [...]
