Last month my husband’s boss’s wife had a little boy. I wanted to make a quick quilt for them. I just did 5” squares and set them randomly. I also just quilted it with a herringbone stitch (in the ditch) and attached the binding by machine.
That’s very cute, Kim. I love how quickly these go together. My latest project is making isolette quilts for NMCSD’s NICU where my great-grandson is currently a patient. He was born 14 weeks early. Doing okay right now at 9 weeks old. So I made one for him and my grandson sayas they have been asked where they got it. So I’m making a bunch of them. Approximately 24″ x 36″. They go together quickly too.
