I used my charm squares to make two projects.

This was my first attempt at quilting something free-motion other than stipples or meanders. I really like how it turned out, even though the stitches aren’t the best.

Monday night, my guild had a guest speaker, Becky Scellato from Shibori Dragon.  She talked about the History of Sashiko.  Also during the meeting we were able to purchase a kit for $5 to make our own Sashiko pin cushion.
