These quilts or blocks were made for various Military Charities:

Quilts of Valor, Whidbey Island, WA:

100_0352 This quilt was a kit provided by Quilters on the Rock, in WA.  I put together the top and bound the quilt.
100_0354 This quilt was a kit provided by Quilters on the Rock, in WA.  I put together the top.
041807-0226-3quiltsofva1 This quilt was from a pattern from previous Quilters on the Rock QOV Quilts.  I provided the fabric and put together the top.
041807-0226-3quiltsofva3 This quilt is a scrappy version of my pattern, Twisted Rail, altered to fit the size requirements for QOV quilts.  I provided the fabric and put together the top.

 Wounded Warrior Quilts, Honolulu, HI:

These Quilts are given to the wounded warriors that are recovering at Tripler Army Hospital in Honolulu, HI.  They were donated through Hawaii Quilt Guild.

100_2207 This quilt was a kit provided by HQG.  I put together the top.
100_2429-1 This Quilt was a kit provided by HQG.  I put together the top.
   

 Tripler Babies, Honolulu, HI:

These quilts are made for babies born at Tripler Army Hospital (the main military hospital on Oahu).  They are given to the baby when the father is deployed when the baby is born.

100_2427-1 This quilt is a "Dissapearing 9-Patch" quilt.  I provided the fabric, put the top together, and will be quilting and binding the quilt.

DSC02450 These blocks were made from kits in February 2008 provided by the HOB Hawaii coordinator.

  1. I love your quilts. I have made a quilt and do not know of a source for sending this. I will be glad to donate some fat quarters to you if I can know where to send these. What a wonderful idea to make quilts. Quilts tell wonderful stories for years to come. Also, the love that went into making something so wonderful one cannot know unless one does it.
