Midnight Garden – Months 6, 7, & 8

This is an older Fig Tree Quilts Block of the Month. I think it uses Harvest Garden. When we got to the full blocks that were wool applique – I said, “nope, not right now.” I then put it aside – for over a year.

I am trying now to go through some of my old UFOs and at least get them to top stage and this was one of them. I will say the game changer in doing the applique blocks was because I bought a cutterpillar light box. That made it so much easier to trace the shapes appropriately.

Now I am looking forward to doing more applique – at least fusible applique.
