Lucky Stars
For throwback Thursday, I am sharing a quilt that I made about 19 years ago. It is the setting of one of my most favorite photos of my daughter when she was a baby. The fabrics are various Moda Marbles in pastels. I was part of an online quilting group. We had a birthday FQ exchange where we sent a FQ of the person’s choice. I didn’t know if I was having a boy or a girl but something told me that I wanted to use these fabrics for a baby quilt. The pattern is Lucky Stars by Atkinson Designs. A good friend of mine quilted it for me as I was still very new to quilting. Related Images:

This quilt is one that I made while I was living in. Hawaii. Several members of my quilting bee made this quilt. Some made them with dark backgrounds I made mine with the suggested fabric. Related Images:

Among the Stars – Month 6
Another month completed for this block of the month. Only two more months to go. I have month 7 ready to go. I really love how the trimmings from squaring up HST units look all piled up. Related Images:
