Ponte Vecchio – BOM
One of my goals for the month of August was to get caught up with this block of the month. We last received month 7 kit and I had not even started the blocks. I had prepped fabric for months 1-5 though.
This past weekend, I decided it was time to work on these blocks to at least do a few months to not make it so bad when it came time to put the quilt together.

These are always fun to work on and they stretch my skills as a quilter sometimes. The only thing I do not like about Fig Tree BOM programs is sometimes there is not enough fabric if you starch (which I do)and you have to hunt down the fabric – which it is not necessarily a Fig Tree fabric.
