Starburst Garden – Months 1 & 2
This quilt – though it came as a complete quilt, I am working on it as a block of the month as it was intended to be. It occurs to me I never posted about month one for this project. This is the center block. I had to make four of these blocks for month 2 Related Images:

Blooming Fields – Month 1
I am such a sucker for a block of the month. I like tot have many projects going on at a time. This keeps the boredom away. Sometimes I feel like I may have ADHD in regards to quilting since I can not focus on one project. I had forgotten how much I like to use batiks to piece with. I don’t quite like how they feel, so I had not used it for a long time. See the project details here: Blooming Fields Related Images:

Kona 2025 BOM
This quilt top was from the Kona 2025 BOM. Each month was made using a charm pack of the Kona color of the month that complimented the wall calendar. The pattern called for a piano key border, but not as narrow as the one I had opted for. I had so many charms left over that I had to use more. Related Images:

Cali & Co Block of the Month
Coriander Quilts had a free block of the month on her website that started in January. I participated and used her new (at the time) fabric line – Cali & Co. This is a little more busy that I typically like my quilts, but it still turned out ok. I did mess up on the stars. Instead of putting stars only in the cornerstones inside the quilt, I put stars at all the cornerstones. Oh well – a design choice. When doing the cut-of of the stich-and-flip corners of each block they produced a bonus block. I used mine to create a matching table runner: Related Images:
