Weekend Tasks
This weekend I worked on prepping several quilt backings so that I can get ready to quilt them. First column: I have 9 quilts ready to sandwich. Next weekend I have a long weekend and hope to get quite a few of them of them sandwiched – if not quilted. My goal this year is to complete more than I start 🙂 Related Images:

Christmas Twinkle – Months 4 & 5
I completed month 4 last month, I just never made a post about it. This quilt is coming along. I really like the red/white quilt and have always wanted to make one. I love the reminder that just because it is only two (predominant) colors, does not mean that it only has to be two fabrics. Month 5 was one that was fairly easy. I rearranged my sewing room so I don’t have access really to my design wall – so I had to use one of the design boards that I purchased. I didn’t choose one that was fairly clean – oops. Do I miss access to my design wall – yes. But I gained more open space in my tiny room to not feel cramped. Almost halfway done with this quilt and I am still wandering how groups of three blocks are going together! Related Images:
