December Goals – Revisited
So – what did I get accomplished that was on my goal list? Complete Faux Feathered Star Months 6 & 7 2021 Designer Mystery Block of the Month Month 3 Among the Stars Block of the Month Sandwich and quilt 2011 Designer Mystery Quilt Complete Faux Feathered Stars – this one was a partial completion. I got the top completed and I got the backing pieced, but sandwiching, quilting, and binding – not done. More on this in another post. Months 6 & 7 2021 Designer Mystery Block of the Month – I am happy to report that this was done. See Block 6 and Block 7 Month 3 Among the Stars Block of the Month – Another happy finish! Block 7 – Designer Mystery
I will have to say that this is not my favorite block so far. I don’t know why, but I am not a big fan of “hearts” in quilts. The fabrics are pretty, but I am not thrilled with my piecing on this one. It is done at least and I am ready for the next block to come. Related Images:

Fast and Flurrious
This was a Sew Sampler project a few months ago. I completed it just before Thanksgiving -just in time to put it out on my server in my dinging room. The fabric collection is Cider by Basic Grey. I made the runner longer to accommodate the size of my server. I did the fremotion quilting on my sewing machine. Related Images:

Designer Mystery – Block 6
So one of my goals this month was to complete the Block 6 of the designer mystery for 2021. This was a very easy block, even though there were a lot of pieces. This block of the month is turning out to be beautiful. I love Fig Tree fabrics and this line, Strawberries and Rhubarb is absolutely beautiful. I especially like the subtle white on white background. Related Images:
