This past weekend was a local quilt guild’s biannual quilt show. The last one was just after I moved here and couldn’t go. My DH and I decided to take a few hours and drive to the other side of town to visit the show.

The other day, I saw this from Leah Day and inspiration struck. I had to make a fall table runner to go with my new fall tablecloth.
I am a graduate again. I completed my second associates degree program this week. Here are my tassels from both programs. The black one is from January and the purple one is from this week.
I have been doing a little sewing. I hope to do more soon, but the main focus now will be looking for a job. I have been on a few interviews, so hopefully I will find out something soon.
Block one of this mystery quilt arrived this week. I worked on it today. There were a lot of small pieces.

I got it almost done and realized i left out two pieces of the block when i sewed the units together.
So now I am ripping the fabric.
I hope the other blocks are not as tedious as this one.
