    Apple Blossom Road

A while back, I had been a part of the Apple Blossom Road BOM program from Fig Tree Quilts. For some reason at month 11 I put this away and didn’t work on it again until now. I did change up the pattern a little bit – the year 20204 was supposed to be on the bottom. I knew I would never get it completed in the year – so maybe that was why I stopped. Joanna did offer on the facebook group a “5” for this year, but again I didn’t think I would finish it. I had toyed with the idea of doing my address numbers, but quickly decided against it. When I needed the bin that this quilt project was located in, I decided to finally get the top done and instead of the numbers, I winged it. Related Images:

    Christmas Village Runner

When the Boun Natale’s (from Fig Tree) border print was shown, I fell in love with it. I figured one quilt with it would be enough (the Fig tree Christmas Twinkle BOM). Boy was i wrong. I kept seeing this all over facebook and loved it tremendously. It was a simple quilt to complete. I was lucky and snagged one of the kits for it on Etsy. I still have to sandwich, quilt, and bind this top, but it is beautiful and I cannot wait to put it out on my table for Christmas (maybe next year). Related Images:

    Fig Tree Tabletop Wreath

Fig Tree quilts had a mystery Christmas bundle that they offered a while back. I was lucky enough to snag one. Fast forward to November, and I receive it in the mail having forgot about ordering it. Inside were a bunch of goodies and fabric to make the top of this cute little quilt. This was a quick little quilt to make. Related Images:

    2025 Brown Bag Mystery #1

I kept seeing this Mystery on my Facebook feed and gave in to doing it – I am a sucker for a mystery quilt! I managed to get the top completed and I went to sandwich and quilt it last month, but found out I didn’t have enough backing fabric. So I ordered more. It came in this week, but I have not started the quilting process yet. This is the first time I have used a border print for a border and have mitered the corners. I did have to watch a few youtube videos. I am quite pleased with my mitered corners for it being the first time. Related Images:
