Posey Pops
This quilt is coming along nicely. Lots of half-square triangles though. 340 of them!! But they are all done and trimmed so now all I have to do is put 19 blocks together. You can see that my desk is a mess in the background – I haven’t cleaned it up in a while and things just keep getting piled up on there. I have a small area cleared out for cutting and that is about it… lol – the typical life of a quilter – too much stuff, not enough space! Related Images:

Among the Stars – Month 6
Another month completed for this block of the month. Only two more months to go. I have month 7 ready to go. I really love how the trimmings from squaring up HST units look all piled up. Related Images:

Posey Pops
I found the cutest pattern Posey Pops by The Quilting Collective using Beautiful Day by Corey Yoder. I got the kit from an Etsy Shop. I decided that I would go ahead and cut the pattern out. I am so used to The Fat Quarter Shop’s kits that are super generous. I am glad I did. See the yellow strips? Those I am missing squares to be able to finish the cutting. I have 2 -6 blocks that are missing from the pattern. I will say that if I cut it out exactly like the pattern says to, I would have probably had enough fabric to finish the quilt. I…

Rose in Bloom – Month 2
So far this Block of the month has been easy to sew – even though there are four blocks each month (so far). The blocks themselves have not been too difficult to do either. I wished for the word fabric that I could have fussy-cut that picture a little better, but with the piece I was given, that was the best I could do. Related Images:
